Benefits

Pension

We operate a contributory staff pension scheme subject to service requirements.

Leave

We recognise the need for a balance between work and home life.

Annual leave starts at 20 days per year and we have a large range of policies covering many other types of leave such as Maternity Leave, Paternal Leave, Compassionate/Bereavement Leave, Adoptive Leave and Emergency Family Leave.

Cycle to Work Scheme

We offer employees the opportunity to obtain a brand new bike and safety equipment worth up to €1,000. You use a salary sacrifice arrangement to pay for the bike and that means you can save between 31% and 52% of the retail price of your bike and equipment.
